Hello everyone!For my first post I decided that i want to review something that's really good.This show is one of my all-time favorites and i think that it is too underrated and should be getting a lot more fame.
A short review:
In this anime,you can't really tell who's the main character,so i'll try to kinda explain it to you.The main character is a boy named Teiichi Niiya,but the story is more focused on the other main character,Yuuko Kanoe .The anime is about Niiya who meets a ghost named Yuuko. He tries to find out how Yuuko died in order for her to rest in peace,but they ended up falling in love with each other.
The longer one:
Yuuko is one of two main characters.She went to the school where Niiya met her.As i said before,she has to find out the reason of her death in order to rest in reace and escape from the place where she's been captured (their school) for 60 years.She instantly falls in love with Niiya,the only human who saw her in a long time.Yuuko is "a pain" to Niiya at first so he really wants to know the reason of her death.As the time goes,the two of them are spending a lot more time together,and Niiya gets to know a Yuuko's beautiful personality,but the scary one too.Later on,there are more people helping Niiya to solve the problem and Yuuko gets jealous...
Genres:
Horror,Mystery,Romance,Shounen and Supernatural (even though I'd add an ecchi tag too becuase there are some ecchi scenes,same with the comedy tag)
Art and animation:
I can't complain about the art nor about the animation because it's just so good.Colors are in a dark shade which suits the story just right.Here are some pictures:
Overall opinion:
Do i recommend it? YES! The story is really touching and the art is very,very good.I liked the characters and couldn't forget THE FEELS. Such a nice and sad story,definitely underrated!
